Gary Rockler
1987-12-06
Gary attended Minneapolis College of Art and Design ( MCAD) and became a graphic designer. He joined his father’s business in 1974 ( Rockler Woodworking and Hardware) as a young man, with his sister Ann. They switched off being the President of the company every 2 years and grew the successful business together. They were a very good team according to his sister and had similar goals. They were also best friends. Sadly, Gary passed away from a disease in 1987 at age 33.
